We are currently requiring a highly experienced People & Capability Partner, prefereable with a heavy industry background to work in alignment with the Project Director on our Anglo American contract.
This is a 1yr fixed term maternity leave contract with plenty of opportunity for further career opportunities within Ventia moving forward.
This role is responsible for managing all P&C activities across the contract which plays a significant role in our service delivery and people capability, and will have an integral part of the Contract Leadership Team, and reporting to the P&C Manager, Critical Infrastructure.

HR Administration
Skills and Experience Required
- Tertiary qualifications in HR
Extensive industrial relations experience within a changing environment; including a working knowledge of the industrial relations regulatory framework and other employment legislation
Extensive experience in the people & culture space, with experience in an operational environment, ideally 5+ years experience
Proven experience in building effective relationships with all key stakeholders and the ability to negotiate and influence collaboration to achieve business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR leadership, with an ability to applying critical thinking and analysis
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor emplyoees in all roles
Extensive experience developing and managing P&C projects, programs and lifecycle initiatives
Brisbane/Bowen Based Based highly adventageous
Ability to travel to multiple site locations in North West QLD regularly and consistently
