About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we have a permanent position available within our fun and high-performing People & Culture team at HQ.
As a P&C Advisor you will provide employment relations and case management support to the Australian and New Zealand Youi businesses through advice, coaching, guidance and administration to leaders at Youi, ensuring fairness, consistency, risk mitigation and industrial compliance.
Reporting to the ER & WHS Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with your stakeholders to deliver best practice advice and support in all P&C functions including:
Employee engagement initiatives
Staff & Retention strategies
Employee & Industrial relations
Performance Improvement
Contract / Award policy interpretation and application
WHS & Work Cover Claims
About you
We are looking for a self-starter with a flexible and collaborative approach, who can bring a level of business and commercial smarts to the role.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have:
3 – 5 years' experience in a demonstrated hands-on generalist HR position
Tertiary Qualifications in a HR related discipline
Drive and ambition to contribute to our HR calendar initiatives
Ability to advise and support all levels of the business
Excellent communication and sound judgment skills
A proven ability to multitask, motivation and display a "can-do" pro-active style
