Our People & Culture team have an exciting opportunity for a P&C Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis located at Barangaroo, Sydney. This role will see you support the Lendlease Development & Investment Management businesses, supporting managers and employees with day-to-day enquiries as well as supporting the People and Culture team on project-based activities linked to the P&C Calendar.
The role will see you establish and proactively manage stakeholder relationships internally through active participation in Business Unit P&C meetings driven by your willingness to understand and learn the key business to which your role is aligned.
Providing second level P&C support to management and employees, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Interpret and provide advice regarding internal policies, modern awards, and Enterprise Agreements
Provide advice and coaching to managers regarding probation management, termination, and day to day performance management
Conduct regular analysis of People & Culture data, providing meaningful insights
Provide support with redundancy and redeployment coordination
Manage Career Job Framework manager queries and job evaluation
Conduct training for People Managers as required e.g. via webinar and other tools
Develop a sound understanding of the business to enable your ability to drive the P&C strategy for Lendlease
Support P&C Team in the following activities, including but not limited to:
Annual P&C initiatives (e.g. Performance, Talent review)
Active data review
Actively support any compliance related activities as it relates to employment Manage graduate rotation process within the assigned business
A tertiary qualification in human resources or related field with several years’ experience in a HR discipline or similar role, will aid your success. Strong Excel skills and experience in providing meaningful data and analysis to the business and P&C team is essential. Your ability to influence others as well as adjust rapidly and frequently to new situations will also help you excel in the role. This will be complemented by your problem solving, and analytical skills along with your strength in building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
