Our client is about to embark on a huge growth phase and because of this we are in serious need of a People & Culture Business Partner! This role will work across 3 separate business under the one entity.
You will have the ability to implement and influence genuine change that will help shape the businesses into the future. You will work within a Tech Business, an Events Sales business and help support a finance business.

What do you do?
Support the business to deliver on people policies and procedures.
Use your background in HR to provide advice on learning & development, recruitment and operational HR.
Drive projects to support positive company culture.
Provide advice and support to managers and employees in relation to workplace behaviours, team building and other relevant HR matters.
All internal talent acquisition.
What do you need?
Prior experience in an HR Business Partner role in either start ups, tech, sales and events or property/finance.
Must be located in Sydney
International HR experience highly desirable
Tertiary qualified.
Strong relationship building skills.
Attention to detail, top-notch organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Drive and determination to get the job done and work through problems with a solution focus.
Great personality and love to have a laugh!
