This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to work within an Australian-owned organisation that's a leader in its field. Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about building relationships within the business.
Working closely and reporting to the National P&C Manager you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, You’ll be integral in shaping the HR strategy including writing/updating policies and procedures, succession planning, remuneration reviews, return to work and workers compensation and driving Learning & Development to the next level.
You’ll be working in a diverse environment and have the opportunity to partner closely with a strong leader and make an impact on the entire business. The ideal candidate for this role will have;
Minimum 4-5 years experience years generalist experience working in a blue-collar or customer service-driven environment;
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong trusted relationships with the business;
Confidence in coaching and upskilling managers in relation to any people-related matters.
This organisation is located in Smithfield with the requirement to be on-site full-time, a car/licence is a must with parking available on-site. This role would suit a mature, friendly and approachable individual who's seeking stability within their career and part-time flexibility around school hours.
