$120-$130k + Super + 10% Bonus

THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:
Breakdown: HR strategic initiatives - 30%, IR/ER - 10%, Talent Acquisition - 20%, Risk & Compliance - 10% and Data & Analytics - 30%
Work closely with Senior executives to leverage Data & Analytics to assist with informed, data driven decision making
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organisation's goals and culture
Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent
Design and conduct employee training and development programs to promote skills and career growth
Manage employee relations and investigate complaints or grievances to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Monitor employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations to provide feedback and coaching
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace
Manage employee compensation and ensure that salaries are competitive and aligned with industry standards
Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting to track and analyse HR trends and issues
Work with senior management to develop and implement organisational development strategies and initiatives.
ABOUT YOU:
At least 5 years cross-sector experience in a People & Culture, HR Business Partner role
Experienced in data driven decision making
We're looking for a generalist, not a specialist
You're used to working in a fast paced environment where change is constant and you're comfortable pivoting to meet changing business requirements
You have the right attitude. Nothing is beneath you. You're not the type of individual who will become frustrated with putting together employment contracts if need be. We'll need someone to leave their ego at the door - period.
