Crystalbrook Vincent Hotel, located in the vibrant Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane’s CBD is a brave, bold and energetic Luxury Hotel with values aligned to our sustainability, innovation and importantly our personality.
Reporting to the General Manager and supported by the Group Director People and Culture, this position is responsible for all people related strategies within our diverse workforce and leads on all employee related issues. The role is responsible for related compliance, administration, workforce planning & retention, performance reward & succession planning, wellbeing activities, organisational development and onboarding. The position is varied and highly visible and because of this, the role will be of interest to those energised by our environment and values.
Your talents
To be successful in this role, we welcome interest from individuals who are suitably qualified in Human Resources and can demonstrate authentic experience in the field of fast-moving employee and succession planning. It goes without saying that you will be an investor in people – used to developing rapport and communicating effectively all while encouraging individuals to be exceptional. As a curator of all things engagement, your significant experience in workplace compliance, HR legislation and organisational planning will be evident along with your expert time management, innovative mind and commercial acumen.
