About the role
This permanent, full-time role will see you supporting a diverse client group, where you will continue to drive capability, coach and mentor managers, support continuous improvement and people management for our organisation to encourage both innovation and progression. You will partner with the business leaders to develop strategies that will drive cultural development, employee engagement, change and performance management. This role will also see you:

Developing and executing People & Culture strategies and approaches that help our blue-collar & operational business lines succeed.
Working with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent, and develop and execute training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our operational employees and management teams, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
About you:
An experienced HR professional with degree qualifications.
A strong background in building good relationships with staff, management, unions, and the executive team.
A trusted partner within your client group, flexible, organised, and able to adapt to changing demands.
Experience in blue collar industries and a deep understanding of the needs of blue-collar employees and management teams is an essential requirement for this role.
Knowledgeable in employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
What’s on offer
We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $116,493 to $128,238 plus superannuation.
