about the role
We are looking for a driven People and Culture Business Partner to join our team, working from Molendinar, QLD. The responsibilities of this role include:
Ensuring the company is compliant with relevant legislation and regulations
Successfully leading and directing all aspects of the People and Culture Team including the successful execution of the People and Culture Strategy
Ensuring the company presents a strong and healthy culture across all locations
Successfully driving internal processes such as performance reviews, training and development, team building, cultural initiatives, onboarding and offboarding, team engagement, payroll and recruitment
Coaching and mentoring managers on people management, employee relationships, development of personal development plans etc
Policy, system and process development and improvement
Conducting of Annual Culture Audits to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from our team
Management of the People and Culture Team
qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resources role
Strong understanding of the importance of culture in the workplace
Good understanding of people management and culture development and how this is executed in the workplace
Ability to effectively lead a team and successfully drive various initiatives
Ability to uphold and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
Ability to act with respect, honor and integrity
