About the Role
The People Partner is a senior member of the team, accountable for the resolution of complex people matters. Responsible for a designated portfolio you will partner with Executives, Directors, People Leaders and team members leading on a range of HR related matters and improve people manager capability through high level advice and support.
You will also:
- Provide high level and authoritative HR and IR advice to people managers and team members
- Provide effective end-to-end case management of people and employee relations and wellbeing issues
- Contribute as subject matter expert, to an ambitious organisation transformation project
- Positively influence workplace culture and employee engagement in client business units and own team
Full time, ongoing position. Band 4.3 $108,624.00 plus superannuation.
About you
You have proven success in a similar role and are looking for the next challenge. You’re approachable and solutions focused, with excellent communication skills and an ability to influence and form meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
We’re also looking for…
- Tertiary degree within Business, Human Resources or a related field of study;
- Experience in designing and implementing HR initiatives and projects;
- Understanding contemporary and strategic organisational people challenges;
- Experience providing high level HR operations management and advisory services;
- Ability to interpret enterprise agreements, awards and relevant employment legislation;
- Experience in leading and resolving complex and sensitive employee and industrial relations issues;
- Experience and results in coaching and training managers.
