TP Human Capital is currently seeking a People Services Project Officer for a temporary up to 6-month assignment. We are on the lookout for a highly motivated People Services generalist officer with a background in one or more HR functional areas, demonstrating a track record of delivering HR advice, service, and support to internal clients and senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality HR services and advice, fostering consistency and best practice.
- Engage with senior leaders, offering advice and influencing outcomes, while cultivating effective relationships across the Commonwealth.
- Independently manage tasks with a reasonable degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Exercise initiative and judgement in policy interpretation and application of practices.
- Engage stakeholders on complex issues, anticipating and meeting their needs to achieve desired outcomes.
- Support project management activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Knowledge of contemporary human resource practices and systems.
Desirable Qualifications or Experience:
- Formal qualifications in Human Resources or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR-related role.
- Project management certification or experience supporting projects.
- Familiarity with HRIS, recruitment/onboarding platforms, and policy development/ implementation.
- Experience in key HR functional areas such as Recruitment, Learning and Development, Payroll, Employee Relations, or Project Management.
