We recently appointed a new CMO and are currently recruiting several positions to increase capability across digital experience, CRM, local area marketing, data and insights. The Role

The Performance and Media Manager will be responsible for efficiently growing online revenue for Discovery Parks and G’day Parks through the delivery of quality traffic to our website/mobile/app sites. You will use digital marketing campaigns, sophisticated marketing tech platforms, digital marketing skills and advanced data analysis to create the best possible digital experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital media plans, testing and optimisation across digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Metasearch, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social), along with managing digital media budgets and ensuring all activities are measurable and deliver on set objectives. You will use your digital marketing strategic experience to maximise the vital role data collection and analysis plays in optimising the performance of our digital channels and in identifying and converting potential customers.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing and advertising strategies to grow new prospects, customers, and revenue to our digital platforms
  • Lead and provide strategic direction to a high performing team of digital marketing specialists to drive growth across the business
  • Lead the development and execution of media strategies across digital channels. Including: Paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify), Google Search Engine Marketing (Search, Display, YouTube,) and Programmatic (e.g. display; OLV; BVOD; audio; rich media)
  • Digital Performance and Reporting - reporting on KPIs and results as well as conducting regular marketing research, reporting and analytics to provide valuable industry, consumer and competitor insights, ensuring these are well communicated, easily interpreted and utilised throughout the team
  • Develop a clear understanding of the various touch points and their significance in the customer lifestyle, reflected in digital marketing campaign creative, messaging and activity
Your Experience

As the Performance and Media Manager you will be a highly commercial, experienced leader who knows what good looks like when it comes to digital marketing.

You will have extensive experience identifying new digital marketing opportunities, building supporting business cases through to execution combined with excellent understanding of current and emerging Mobile/web technologies, CMS and digital campaign management/optimisation platforms. You will have proven experience of driving revenue results via digital sales, eCommerce and marketing.

You will have demonstrated experience with developing, launching, managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across search, display, programmatic, video and social. You will be have expertise in data, tagging and analytics platforms, such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, including tracking, attribution and A/B testing exercises relating to digital campaign analytics and reporting.

Your relevant industry experience combined with Tertiary qualifications and continuous personal improvement are essential. You’re a great communicator and lead with integrity and passion. Commitment to developing your team and bringing them, and other stakeholders, on this marketing journey should be a key motivation and measure of success in this role.

You will be an experienced strategic operator, have high commercial skills and respond quickly to market opportunity as it presents.
