About The Role
As part of our APAC CRM team, you will play a key role in managing our critical initiatives across the APAC business, including their automation strategies and executions. You'll collaborate and work closely both with the APAC Operations teams, APAC Marketing teams as well as globally with various teams from deployment specialists, operations managers, analysts, marketers to product managers and creatives to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time!
Your Impact in Role:
- Plan, implement and measure key CRM campaigns across the APAC region. This includes CRM channel strategy, targeting and reporting.
- Work closely with regional business teams in developing the regional CRM strategy and to ensure regular planning and prioritisation of CRM projects within the workstream.
- Run coordinated experimentation and A/B tests that will generate the insights of tomorrow.
- Provide CRM expertise and guidance in the region; developing, documenting and socialising CRM best practices.
- Solid experience in Marketing, E-Commerce or highly analytical roles including developing strong CRM strategies and campaigns with experimentation.
- Critical thinker with creative solutions to solve challenges and meet business requirements and the ability to analyse data to develop conclusions based on insights.
- Strong project management and communication skills that enable you to collaborate with cross-functional teams in different time zones, countries and regions.
- Strong passion to learn and grow and take initiative to succeed whilst being customer focused!
