Cotton Tree Implant Dentistry & Perio Care has a real legacy in the Sunshine Coast, and it forms part of Maven Dental. Collectively we provide facilities and services to over 100 locations throughout Australia and engage more than 1450 people. We see this growing over the next 24 months.
 
The opportunity

The Sunshine Coast is growing and so is Cotton Tree Implant Dentistry & Perio Care. We are ready to share our success and are looking for a new periodontist to join the team 3 to 4 days a week.
It is a thriving; supportive and buoyant specialist periodontal practice and we care for our patients and their referring dentists by providing individualised care.
 
Cotton Tree Implant Dentistry & Perio Care is a long-standing specialist periodontal practice overlooking the Maroochydore river. We have experienced steady growth and are now ready for a new periodontist to complement our team.
 
You will play an active part in keeping the cogs turning in the practice and you'll understand that being a specialist isn't an easy role [we completely understand this too!] but you'll be up for the challenge anyway. You'll have the comfort in knowing that you have the support & backing of a very experienced periodontist as well as one of the most successful dental groups in the business who will be behind you every step of the way.
 
 
About You

You are passionate about providing excellence in patient care with a strong emphasis on values. You could be an experienced periodontist or a recent graduate.
 
You'll be the type of specialist who is warm, confident and approachable. People feel comfortable telling you their oral concerns, and you approach them through a positive, wellness-focused lens and a real sense of optimism.
 
Your attitude to patient care will be second to none - you're known for the way you handle patients and we're imagining that you're the kind of specialist who knows how to create loyal, returning and referring patients!
 
 
What we're looking for in our NEW Specialist:
 

• Your periodontal skills are polished, and at a high industry standard;
• You'll have a current AHPRA specialist registration with no restrictions;
• You're an articulate communicator, and you're someone who has the innate ability to build rapport and trust quickly with your patients;
• You're a confident periodontist with high levels of EQ and a proven track record of success in a similar role; And 
• You are committed to providing an outstanding patient-led service
