Best&Less has an opportunity for Full time and Part-time Permanent Team Members to join the team at our brand new store in the Macquarie Centre, North Ryde. These roles are for people who have aspirations for achieving big things in retail, as career growth is an aspect of this opportunity.

As an integral members of the Macquarie Centre 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a Leadership team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

As a Team member your role will include:

• Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
• Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
• Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store,
• Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
• Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
• Stock control

As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has:

• 1-2 years’ experience in retail,
• Really passionate about customer experience
• Positive attitude - we can teach the rest!
• Eager to learn
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Desire to develop your career in retail
