Novafast Holdings is an Australian-owned private equity business, with its global investment subsidiaries focusing on advanced engineering and construction. We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide support to our Managing Director and assist with general office functions.
What a day in the life as a Personal Assistant at Novafast Holdings will include:
- Diary management.
- Assistance with personal ventures.
- Taking minutes, drafting letters and dictation.
- Email management.
- Travel planning.
- Assist with preparation and execution of company events.
- Reception cover when required.
- Support to Marketing/Business Development when required.
We’re looking for someone who can be flexible and has the following experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Graphic design skills using Canva or the Adobe suite of products (desirable).
