The Opportunity
A long standing team member has decided to take a sideway step and pursue a different opportunity in the company and as a result, there is a rare opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join this sensational company!
Duties
- Personal Assistant duties working closely with the Founding Partner
- Complete general administrative tasks
- ATO and ASIC correspondence
- Client liaison over the phone, in person and via email
- Collating and distributing documents, maintaining data integrity
- Will ideally have administrative experience within an Accounting firm
- Is organised, solution focused and has great time management skills
- Considers themselves to be an inclusive Team Player
- Well presented and confident to meet and greet clients on premises
- Exposure to XERO Accounting Software highly advantageous
