We have recently moved into our new premises in Wood Street, Mackay and need to expand our team.
Inspire are made up of four teams headed by four partners of the firm. You will work in a floater type role working across all teams to help with our large amount of admin work.
About the role:We are looking to employ a hands-on self-starter who leads by example with your high-quality work.
The role is VERY fast paced but rewarding with each day being different. You will be answering phone calls from our clients, provide support and work with our admin team consisting of 4 other Personal Assistants, and liaise with the ATO, ASIC, and our business partners including solicitors, financial planners, banks, mortgage and insurance brokers.
This will be a floater type role where you assist the Directors 3 direct PA's with their tasks while also interacting with our clients from our new reception area.

About you:- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent touch typing skills
- Advanced IT skills and competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Initiative (willing to get in and do things when you see them and not wait to be asked)
- Want to learn new things (have an inquisitive nature)
- Sparkle (you know, that little bit of something that brightens our clients day)
- Calm demeanor with the ability to multitask (and ask for help when you need it)
- Love talking to people (chattier the better for this role)
