We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated personal carer with at least 1 year's experience in aged care to fill casual shifts. It is preferred that you have the flexibility to work all shifts - overnight, mornings, afternoons.
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated knowledge in Aged Care and Accreditation Standards
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Demonstrated knowledge/ability in providing safe quality personal care to residents and ensuring the rights of residents are respected
- Demonstrated understanding of person centered care
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills including written
- A current National Police Check
- Covid-19 vaccination records
This position is casual with the possibility of becoming permanent part-time.
