Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be working closely with your team to build collaborative relationships and prioritise tasks. You will demonstrate superior customer service ability and excellent verbal, and written communication skills. A can-do attitude will ensure your success in any of these roles.

You must be prepared to:
- Commit to an orientation program and any other training requirements as required by the position
- Work across all Lifeview locations should the need arise - Emerald, Chelsea, Wheelers Hill and Cranbourne.
- Be flexible to work a range of shifts (AM, PM and Night Shifts)
