About the Role:
Come and join the team at at our Carlton Aged care facility where we are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together' model, where we value our employees who in turn makes a positive impact on our customers.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Personal Care Assistants/Care Companions with a passion for people that can provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing.
Rosters available:
7am - with shifts finishing either 1pm, 2pm or 3pm (Weekdays OR Weekday shifts +Weekend)
2:45pm - 9:45pm (Weekdays OR Weekdays+Weekend)
9:30pm - 7:15am (Tues to Fri OR Fri to Sun)
A little bit about you...
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days a week
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
