Are you a Personal Care Worker looking to secure a permanent position within an Aged Care residence?
Our client is seeking PCAs from all levels of experience to provide support to their nursing and care staff within their 118-bed Aged Care facility based in Bayswater.
You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and emotional support to the residents, observing changes in residents’ conditions and escalating any concerns.
This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about Aged Care and want to better their skills and knowledge to further develop in their careers.
- 6 full-time positions available* - for AM, PM and weekend shifts!
Competitive pay rates exceeding industry standards! - $25- $30 per hour + super (depending on experience)

What the role looks like?
Residential Aged Care facility located across Bayswater
Deliver high-quality care to residents
Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents
Requirements/Skills
Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
Full Australian Working Rights
Vaccinated against COVID-19
Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
