Specialised personal injury law firm based in Parramatta seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer with 2 years or more experience within Motorvehicle claims to join their thriving practice. The firm employs 12 staff and the role will provide you with your own full-time Paralegal and Secretary.

$120K - $200K Salary range

About the Role :
You will work collaboratively with the directors of the firm and be provided with support at every level. The position focuses on motor vehicle accident claims to manage predominately motor vehicle accident claims with some public liability claims. It is a busy practice and you can expect to be managing up to 150 files.
Requirements:
Ability to manage a practice of up to 150 claims of motor vehicle accident claims with a team dedicated to supporting you
Preparation and drafting of legal documents
High attention to detail
Compassion and confidence
Ability to liaise with clients, solicitors, insurers and other third parties relevant to obtain documents in support of the claim
Ability to draft submissions, client statements, particulars and letters in general
Attend settlement conferences, pre-trial conferences, assessment proceedings and Court Hearings with the support of counsel.
