We are a young, energetic and busy legal practice specialising in most Personal Injury matters. We are seeking to engage a talented solicitor with a passion and drive to help clients and assist in our growing work flow.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a variety of Personal Injury cases
- Provide verbal and writtenlegal advice and guidance to clients
- Brief and engage with counsel
- Conduct legal research and prepare affidavits and other documents
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Admission to practice law in South Australia
