Part-Time Permanent position available in Campbelltown area!
Forward Ability Support is searching for new support workers to join our existing programs with established clients.
Our clients are currently looking for support with high-level personal care.
You will assist clients with daily tasks, these may include but are not limited to:
Mobility and Transfers Helping clients into or out of bed
Showering and hygiene maintenance Getting clients dressed, brushing teeth, hair and other daily personal care.
Toileting Provide bladder and bowel care, including enema insertion and changing catheter bags
Mealtime prep Assist in preparation of meals
Keeping the home tidy and clean
Community access Support clients to visit the shops and other appointments they may have.

Must be open to split shifts.
Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Be willing to travel between clients if you have your own car even better!
Must have, or be willing to obtain:
Three COVID-19 Vaccinations, other than candidates who have a medical exemption for the COVID-19 Vaccination
First Aid Certificate
CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Check & recent/contactable industry related references.
