Pest Control Technician Traineeship

Although a global company, they operate from more than 36 branches across Australia and New Zealand, offering superior localised service in line with global best practice standards to meet client needs.

Due to growth, we’re on the hunt for a highly ambitious individual to join a global company as a Trainee Pest Control Service Technician across the Echuca, Moama, Kyneton and Woodend regions. As part of your role, you will be:

Providing high quality pest control services in a professional manner to clients
Communicate pest solutions to customers to solve their pest problems
Efficiently manage your assigned route through product and equipment inventory, customer records and effective communication with customers
Ensure enquiries and leads are actioned
Ensure all sites are compliant
Adhere to company, OHS policies and procedures

What we’re looking for:
Eager to build your career, work and learn
General Pest qualified (favourable)
Termite qualified (favourable)
We’re after a technician with ambition for career progression
Ability to communicate professionally
A problem solver
Trustworthy with the ability to work unsupervised
Positive and customer focused attitude
Termite qualitied with pre-construction experience
Current driver’s license

Benefits:

• Attractive base salary + opportunity for overtime (OTE $80k+)

Starting from $25.95 per hour + super
Once training is completed and your General Pest license is achieved (generally achieved within 3months of commencement) you rate increases to $27.61 per hour + super
You will then be fast-tracked to your Termite license which can be achieved within a further 9months. Once completed your rate will be increased to $31.83 per hour + super
