The Canberra DFO  store needs a strong leader that displays maturity and is very level headed.

The Store Manager role:

The Canberra DFO  store needs a strong leader that displays maturity and is very level headed.
We are looking for someone who can drive the team with sales, coach and develop their people and confident to give praise & improvement feedback to improve overall performance of the team and store results.
In our dream world the Store Manager will also be strong in stock and operations & have the ability to juggle multiple priorities, however if there is one thing that this store needs is a mature leader in order to get the best out of the team".

Sales:
Approx $3 Million to 3.5 million turnover

Current Team structure: 18+ managing full time ASM / Stock Leader as well as part timers and casuals
Roster:
Our usual templates are a rotating weekend, Tuesday to Saturday .
(This is an urgent role, so if we need to be open minded I'm sure the brand will do their best to accommodate within reason as long as it works with their base roster).

Salary:
Our minimum base hourly rate of $27.68ph + penalties. This would be approx $60k on rotating weekends with one late night.
We are willing to go to $32.00 +penalties. This would be approx $68,500 for the right candidate.( this approx is based on rotating weekend roster )
(Superannuation, public holidays and overtime on top).

(Note: The brand would only pay higher if the skills align to their expectations of course).

Store Manager Incentive Program:

Our current Incentive Program rewards Store Managers for achieving their monthly sales budget, as well as Store Managers who achieve their seasonal sales budget, productivity target and shrink budget.

I have provided a break down of our current Store Manager Incentive program below for your reference.
(Note: I trust that this will be used for the purpose of discussing the role with candidates and talking up the benefits of our business verbally only and not for circulation in writing).

Interviews will be with Laura Capponcini -  Regional Manager  open to 1st stage Zoom interview if required due to timing restrictions and Laura living in Sydney
