Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
To provide quality pharmaceutical services in all areas of the pharmacy department, including the safe and accurate dispensing and distribution of medications.
To be actively involved in all aspects of pharmaceutical care including, medication reconciliation, medication order review, clinical pharmacy review, discharge medication processes, patient counselling and provision of patient medilists.
Pharmacists grade 1 and 2 are active members of multi-disciplinary teams.

Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Relevant Pharmacy qualification
Registration: Registered as a pharmacist authorised to practice by the Australian Healthcare Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Ability to provide high quality clinical services across a broad range of clinical areas
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Effective time management skills and the ability to be agile and adaptable to work across a variety of settings at short notice.
