As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will play a pivotal role in providing exemplary patient care, ensuring optimal medication management, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's pharmacy. Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
Provide comprehensive medication counseling, addressing potential side effects, interactions, and proper usage.
Offer expert advice on over-the-counter products, including vitamins, supplements, and general health-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized medication inventory, ensuring proper storage and disposal of medications.
Foster a welcoming and supportive environment, building lasting relationships with customers and promoting customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Maintained PDL Insurance.
Current AHPRA Registration
Proven experience as a Pharmacist in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and pharmacy regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, healthcare professionals, and staff.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
