This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Pharmacist In Charge to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. The primary role of the Pharmacist in Charge is to perform tasks to the standards set by the Pharmacy Board of Australia, the Pharmacy Guild and QCPP.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the workflow of store and day-to-day procedures
Managing the overall Dispensary and its operation
Working in collaboration with Managing Partner
Supervision of all employees throughout store
Training and developing Pharmacists
Dispensing scripts using MyScripts
Checking scripts prepared by Intern Pharmacists, Student Pharmacists or Dispensary Assistants
Counselling customers about medications
Processing orders for Dispensary stock and maintaining inventory levels
Completing NHS claims

Experience in managing a Pharmacy
AHPRA Registration
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Dedicated work ethic
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
Eye for detail and accuracy
The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
