We are looking for a motivated and driven Pharmacist to take the next step in their career and join our team at Direct Chemist Outlet in Heyfield. The Team is extremely experienced and have a strong Team first culture within the Pharmacy, which will continue to develop with a new Pharmacist Manager joining the team on a Full-Time basis. This role presents an opportunity for a Working Partner position.
Qualifications & Experience
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA is essential.
- Up to date PDL insurance required.
- Previous Retail and Health Pharmacy experience.
- Competent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Be a charismatic leader with strong interpersonal skills.
- Be passionate about delivering exemplary patient care, professional health services, and customer care.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Have a results driven focus to achieve clear KPI's.
- Experience with FRED Dispense systems highly regarded.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- In this role you will be the Pharmacist Manager, providing wider support to Team Members in-store.
- Deliver our retail and health-care vision to our valued customers.
- Drive outstanding customer service, providing counselling to clients on their use of medications, natural remedies, over the counter products and other related services as necessary.
- Pharmacy trades 6 days per week - M-F 9:00am-5:30pm & SAT 9:00am-12:30pm.
