AddressCommunity Care Chemist is Geelong’s only Profit-for-Purpose pharmacy, with five pharmacies in Geelong. We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team improving health outcomes for the community.
Based in Geelong, this position will suit someone who:
- Is an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can deliver professional services
- Is interested in the expanding scope and services pharmacy has to offer
- Has an interest in organisational and environmental sustainability
- Wants to build themselves professionally, and have a positive effect on the team and community
- Is excited about working across pharmacies in Greater Geelong
Duties include:
- Providing effective clinical health services and advice from the dispensary or floor, in a patient focused pharmacy
- Promoting whole health solutions
- Dispensing and counselling
Skills and Experience
- Minimum B. Pharm degree or equivalent, graduates are welcome to apply
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to apply towards positive health outcomes
- Good communication skills for a range of stakeholders
