- Salary: AHA2 - $56,145 - $60,396 (pro rata)
- Part Time (18.75 hours per week), Temporary up to 28/6/24
AHA2: Assists in the provision of a comprehensive pharmacy service by dispensing and distribution of medications and packaging of pharmaceuticals, inventory management, technical training of staff and organisation of daily workloads. Assist in the ordering and/or preparation/manufacturing of pharmaceuticals.
Must have eligibility through experience as a AHA1 in SA Pharmacy (or equivalent) for a period of 6 months or must possess or be undertaking a relevant Certificate III or above qualification [Relevant qualifications include but are not limited to Certificate III or IV in hospital & health service pharmacy; Certificate IV in Project Management Practice/Leadership and Management/Business Administration].
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to work within the Riverland Murray Coorong LHN SA Pharmacy team, based in the stunning location of Berri. You will be an integral part of a small regional team of Pharmacists and Allied Health Assistants providing a pharmacy service to Berri hospital and outreach sites, including Waikerie, Loxton, Renmark and Barmera.
The pharmacy services provided at these sites include: low-medium risk chemotherapy, dialysis, mental health and general medicine/surgery/ rehab.
