The opportunity:
We are seeking both a full time and a part-time pharmacy assistant to join our fast-paced Bridge Road pharmacy in the Richmond where you will be welcomed by a collaborative and supportive team.
As the first point of contact, you will strive to provide exceptional customer service and professional advice on over-the-counter products to customers in person and over the phone.
In this role, you’ll:
- Assist in the sale of S2 and S3 medicines while displaying an appropriate level of knowledge
- Process sales and manage the start & end of day till processes on our advanced point-of-sale program
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
- Assist in the dispensary with scripts
- Assist with the customer flow by engaging with our pharmacy team and waiting customers
- Assist with merchandising, invoicing, and other inventory management duties
