Part-Time 20 hours a week
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Pharmacist and work together with the team to preform task in a timely and accurate manner
- Delivering exceptional customer service with integrity and professionalism. Assisting customers both front of shop and on the service desk.
- Ordering stock and assisting with replenishment.
- Maintain product and professional presentation of the store
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience with FRED or any other dispensing software (desirable but not essential)
- Basic computer skills
- Genuine passion for Health and Customer service
- Strong communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks and resolve issues as they arise
- Availability to work nights
The right candidate will have excellent customer service experience and the ablitiy to communicate at all levels and in a fast-paced environment. You will be willing to learn as we are keen to teach.
