We are looking for a motivated Pharmacy Retail Manager for our independent community pharmacy in Whitebridge. The business has the potential for ample growth in the front of shop and just needs the right candidate to take the reigns and lead this area of the pharmacy.

Success Criteria:
- 2 + years experience working in pharmacy or as a retail manager - Pharmacy experience highly valued
- Ability to organise and prioritise the work duties of yourself and other staff members
- Self-motivated to bring energy to the team and look for opportunities for the business
- An excellent communicator with the ability to ensure the team understands and executes their roles
- Anticipate the needs of our customers and understand catalogue and seasonal promotions
- Work with the owners to drive sales targets and implement business directives
- Provide training, guidance and oversight to other staff members
