Due to growth, we are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. You will be set up to work from home and will report to the Allied Health and Development Unit Manager. You will be joining a well-established multi-disciplinary team who believe in discovering what’s possible in people’s lives and empowering them to live well. About you:
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
- Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
- Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support working from home
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisations values through interactions at work
- Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum of Third-Party Insurance
