- Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to clinicians
- Oversee monthly peer/group supervision sessions
- Run internal professional development sessions (occasional)
- Assist with referral allocation
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration
- OPTION to have your own clinical caseload
About You

- A passion for leading and empowering a team
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
- A desire to deliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic interventions to individuals of all ages and abilities
