Look no further, Ready Resources is in need of experienced Physiotherapists to join our team, with Casual, Part Time, and Permanent positions available!

About the Role:

  • Collaborate closely with clients, their families, and team members to create environments that promote their quality of life while respecting and encouraging their choices and control.
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for clients including NDIS participants
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions and therapy plans
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals
  • Supporting student placement, and new graduates entering the profession
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training
What you will need:
  • In addition to a strong work ethic, we are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current Physiotherapy AHPRA registration
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Willingness to comply with all state and federal vaccination requirements relevant to Allied Health and Aged Care services
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in managing workload within a transdisciplinary model.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Awareness of NDIS and an understanding of the rights and needs of culturally diverse individuals with disabilities.
In addition to the above skills and experience, the successful candidate will require the following:
  • An Australian driver’s license, Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, First Aid Certificate, a NDIS Workers Screening Check; and completed the NDIS Modules for working with participants.
  • Own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
