We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced NDIS Plan Management Business Development Officer to join our team. As the Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for building and growing our Plan Management business by developing and executing strategic plans to increase our client base and revenue.
All Plan Management is a NDIS registered Plan Management provider that specialises in providing NDIS participants with a Professional, Approachable and Resourceful service to assist their NDIS journey
Our networks within the community are a large part of our success, building strong relationships with local organisations, providing a prompt, resourceful service to all participants and stakeholders involved. The Business Development Officer that we are looking for will continue to maintain and build on the vital relationships with All Plan Management’s referring partners.
What you will be doing:
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new Plan Management clients
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as key stakeholders in the NDIS industry
Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
Keep up-to-date with changes in the NDIS landscape and ensure the company's services remain compliant
What you will bring:
Experience in business development and sales in the NDIS Plan Management industry or similar
A relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, sales or a related field (not essential, but desirable)
A solid understanding of the NDIS and its services
Demonstrated success in developing and executing business growth strategies
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
