Are you a Plant Mechanic with drill experience? We want to hear from you!
Our Product Support Group has received a request to support one of our major clients north east of Kalgoorlie. As a result, we are looking to appoint several Plant Mechanics with blasthole drill experience who possess great attitude and show high regard for safety and hazard awareness.
As a Drill Specialist you will be equipped with the latest training on new model equipment to ensure you are setup to succeed by applying those skills and knowledge in order to make a difference. You will work with a highly supportive group and be part of a continuous improvement and solutions network team.
The roster on offer:
FIFO - 2/1 roster (7 days, 7 nights, 7 off), 12.5 hours each day inclusive of 30 mins break.
To be successful the following is required:
Australian-Recognised Trade Certificate - advantageous not mandatory
Experience on mining surface drills – Caterpillar drills will be seen as advantageous.
Demonstrate a high level of trouble shooting and diagnostic skill.
Possess a high regard for safety and hazard awareness.
Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac’s SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
