Our client is a privately owned NFP WA Aboriginal organisation based in Port Hedland delivering services around property management, environmental health, municipal services and the provision of maintenance and essential services.
Position Overview
Making up one part of two man water crew you will work alongside an Electrician attending to maintenance, repairs and project installs of water treatment assets, pumps, remote bores etc.

• Conduct maintenance, repairs and installs of water treatment assets, plant and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with professionals to complete projects within timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to plumbing work.
• Must have experience water treatment plants.
About You:
• Experience with water treatment plants, chlorinators, remote bores and pumps.
• HR Driver's licence.
• Police Clearance.
• Technical expertise, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• FIFO experience, familiarity with remote work / living WA.
• Sense of humour for the long drives in between.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive without consistent WIFI or mobile service, as some desert communities may have limited connectivity at times.
Benefits:
• Ongoing FIFO roster of 3:2 or 2:2 Port Hedland
• FR$62.50 per hour, 11.5-hour workdays
• Additional $90 per day LAFA (meals)
• Weekly Gross = $5,661.25
