This role is perfect for someone who prides themselves in making people feel welcome, “creating a home away from home” and being able to create memorable experiences for guests!
About the role:
- Create a sense of arrival for our guests in the Hotel lobby and driveway
- Welcome our guests to the Hotel, providing a hospitable arrival experience
- Assist guests with enquires, their luggage to store and to their room
- Share your local knowledge and recommendations for our guests to have a wonderful Gold Coast experience
- Keeping up the lobby so it’s presented to it’s best
- Be up to date with all Hotel facilities, current promotions & packages
- Go out of your way to create memorable experiences for our guests
About you:
- A kind, can do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- Good time management skills to assist guests and work well in a team
- Be available to a work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Hold a current QLD responsible service of alcohol certificate or the willingness to obtain one.
- Current Australian work rights
- You’ll be physically fit, this is an active role where manual handling tasks will be required.
