This ASX listed technology leader continues to experience strong growth in Australian and international market. This company is currently going through a number of transformation & optimisation processes and uplifting their Workday ERP system.
The Portfolio Co-ordinator is the key engagement point between the project and the business. Specific requirements for the role include meeting management, collation and preparation of portfolio level finance and status reporting materials (details provided by responsible project managers) and support the consistent application of portfolio governance practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative support to the ERP Portfolio Manager and the various Project Managers within the portfolio.
- Raise and assist to process purchase orders as requested within Workday
- Coordinate the collation of monthly project status reports from project managers
- Assist in the production of the monthly portfolio updates (provided to senior and executive staff)
- Support the ERP Portfolio manager in the creation and, if necessary, distribution of various system reports. E.g. HSE observations
- Experience as a team/project co-ordinator working in a project-based environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (waterfall and agile)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple
- tasks/projects at any one time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong customer focus and a team player willing to apply initiative in the work
- environment.
- Experience with program/project management software desirable. e.g. Clarity PPM
- Strong skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
