Family Services Australia is seeking motivated and energetic team members who are passionate about delivering Post Placement Support for our Disability Employment Service (DES) participants across the Ipswich and Wollongong regions.

Based at Ipswich.

Ideally, you will have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and experience delivering high levels of customer service in a performance orientated fast-paced environment. Skills and experience / essential criteria

Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in employment support services.
An understanding of the issues/challenges facing participants and employers
Knowledge of local community agencies and the ability to identify and coordinate a range of appropriate services for participants.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated exposure to challenging conversations with participants, stakeholders and employers.
Ability to demonstrate self-reflection, resilience, and accountability within a dynamic case management role.
Excellent prioritisation and time management ability with a strong resilience capacity, and calmness when working in a dynamic target driven environment.

Due to the nature of our customers’ employment support needs, you may be required to work outside of normal business hours (on occasion) and will be required to hold a current driver’s license. All successful candidates will be required to obtain a Police clearance, relevant working with children/vulnerable people clearances and hold a current Drivers Licence.
