Job Description
About the Role
The Post Placement Support Consultant provides information, assistance and support to employers and AimBig Employment participant regarding placements. The primary focus of this role is to monitor the placement and ensure positive outcomes for all parties. Where challenges are identified, the Post Placement Support Consultant will work with the employer and participant towards a resolution or alternative outcome. This role involves a high volume of contact with participants and employers via phone and email and face to face.
Multiple Locations available in NSW: Eastern Sydney (x2), Newcastle/Hunter Region, Northern Sydney, South East Sydney, South Western Sydney

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You will have sound knowledge in Disability Employment Services/ Workforce Australia (Formerly Job Active) Employment Services experience or similar, with a minimum of 2-year experience.
You thrive on the knowledge of the contractual obligations (OH&S, Job Placement Licence, ES Contract).
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships among a diverse range of stakeholders
Enthusiastic, friendly with a proactive positive attitude delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a full workload
Ability to motivate, empower and support jobseekers in their employment journey
High attention to detail and accuracy
High level of customer service orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good computer literacy (MS Office)
Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of a changing environment
Self-motivated and a team player
Ability to look at different ways to solve problems and address difficulties
Valid driver's licenses
