Our client is an Australian electricity distribution company who provide safe, reliable and affordable power to
their customers everyday.
Description
Key responsibilities include: * Improve Customer Outcomes- Co-ordinate the operational network Power Quality activities with respect to Quality investigations and the resultant rectification processes.
- Drive Operational Excellence - Identify and develop initiatives to improve the power quality complaint process for our customers and business.
- Succeed together - Implement reporting and tracking analytics to ensure the Power Quality team can achieve its objectives of providing best practice customer service and achieve its regulatory obligations.
The successful candidate will have strong business skills, excellent communication, the ability to support and develop a cohesive team environment as well as demonstrated relevant working experience in a similar type role
Knowledge:
- A general knowledge of Power Quality in a Distribution Network.
- A general knowledge of systems relating to Connection Services.
- Demonstrated experience of advanced business support capability in high volume time critical environment
- Intermediate computer skills, including but not limited to, Excel, SAP, CIS, GIS, TCE
- Analytic skills.
