We sadly are saying goodbye to our current Practice Coordinator who will be relocating interstate at the end of September. It will be sad to see her go however this provides an amazing opportunity for the right person looking to work in medical administration long-term with a view for a more senior role as the business expands. We are currently recruiting for a FT and PT position.
Part-time Hours: 2 / 3 days - flexible with days and hours.
We are looking for the right person, if you have experience in medical reception that's fabulous however you are provided with full training so if you have had reception background without medical we encourage you to apply as well.
Who are we?
Jointli is a knee-only Clinic and has grown rapidly over the past year, to the point where located to a brand new practice from Monday 29th August 2022. The new facility is located in The Landmark building and will be joined by a team of highly regarded knee surgeons as well Sydney Orthopaedic Knee Institute.
Who are you?
Previous experience in physiotherapy practice is preferred although not required.
A positive, 'can-do' approach, high level communication skills and a customer service perspective.
You will also need good computer literacy and must be a self-starter who shows initiative.
Day-to-day responsibilities include the full range of front desk functions, from answering phones through to receipting payments, liaising with insurance companies, recall management, with an overall focus on supporting our practitioners in their delivery of exceptional service.
