The Role
The Practice Manager position is a newly created, multifaceted role and speaks to the growth this new practice has enjoyed. It combines management elements which includes responsibility for daily practice functions through effective leadership of the admin and nursing team, currently quite small; practice finance in partnership with a bookkeeper/accountant; and governance & risk management. Of importance will be the ability to work alongside administrative staff in a highly supportive capacity and aid all areas of the business as you help steer it through its next phase of growth and development. The Practice Manager will also lead the practice through its first accreditation.
