Complete Care Preston (formerly known as Complete Care Medical Centre) is a family clinic running since 1993. The clinic has moved into a brand new building and is under new management that is aspiring to grow the clinic to new levels (increasing staff and expanding). We are also aiming to get accreditation done this year.

Role:
We are seeking a friendly, approachable, flexible & experienced Practice Manager to join our practice.
Knowledge of Best Practice is desirable.
Helping to maintain the high level of service we offer to our patients is paramount.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage the day-to-day running of practice to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively (including management of disruptions).
• Staff management - manage rostering, overtime, leave, training, pay and hiring new staff
• Managing practice emails and actioning where possible
• Managing the front reception desk when required, improve team workflow, lead & support staff to manage patient appointments
• Assisting with achieving accreditation for 2024 with ongoing renewals as necessary (bonuses applicable)
• Complaints management
• Advertising and finding appropriate services (i.e allied health) for room rental as required
• Respecting confidentiality given the work in General Practice
• Contributing to expansion of our practice's clinical services
Qualities we are looking for:
• Good communication and people skills (to de-escalate patients as necessary if any complaints).
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Problem solving skills.
• Identify areas of improvement of the business and ability to propose ways in which we can improve
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in General Practice and sound knowledge of practice workings.
• Experience in Practice Accreditation is desirable.
